We have been busy this month. Madeline continues to eat new foods. We all went to Texas via airplane and she did really well. She tried out the pool for the first time and didn't quite know what to make of it. At this month's checkup, Madeline continues to track very high on height (92nd percentile) and head circumference (90th percentile). She is sitting up on her own and lunging towards objects that she wants.

Jef's New Ab Workout

Jef gets an added workout while Madeline has a blast.

The Fifth Month

This month there were many changes. Madeline started eating baby foods and has learned many new noises. We went to Lander for the 4th of July and visited tons of family. Madeline was also part of a photoshoot for organic baby clothes.

Madeline's Funny Noises

Madeline has started learning the different noises she can make and when she learns a new noise, she'll do it non-stop. Below we have her growling and buzzing her lips. So funny!

Madeline's First Food

We started out with rice cereal, but she has now had peas, carrots, squash and sweet potatos. She has been a really good eater and hasn't refused to eat anything yet.

4th of July

We went back to Lander, Wyoming for the 4th of July. We drove, which was very long and we were exhausted, but we had a blast. Madeline was able to meet her great-grandparents and many other extended family. We were also able to squeeze in a hike.
